how would tyler even get shares of the company?

I noticed that at the end...he isnt a meade and its a meade company. he is claire's son but not bradfords, technically he should get nothing

I don't remember the details, but he is Hartleys son after all. And Willi offers to sell her shares to him.

No, Willhelmina offers to buy his shares. But AshleyWonderland has a point. Hartley doesn't own Meade Publications anymore. Daniel, Claire, and Willi bought him out when they retrieved the money Connor had stolen.
