Wow! Apparently, so. In "Sugar Daddy" they revealed that a special loan, only requiring 5% down ... would mean $15,000 (which is 5% of $300k).

In NYC (Yes, Queens is part of NYC) the house would easily be that price.

Justin had a room he just slept on the couch in a few episodes.
