'Saw' reference (NB: spoilers for Death Sentence)

Did anyone else notice a large image of what looks like the Jigsaw puppet in the background of the scene where Billy murders his father?

"Death Sentence" released 2007; "Saw" released 2004.

"Report Abuse" is for quitters.

Also the music has some themes which reference Saw's score.
