The Newsroom: Salli Richardson-Whitfield
Just seen her in the latest episode of The Newsroom. She looked fabulous as an anchor woman but it was sad to see her in a different role.
shareAlso disappointing that she's appearing on such a crap show. I've dropped it, though usually I love Sorkin's work. She's a good actress who can do better IMO.
Oh well, I guess it's good visibility, anyway! So at least that's nice for her.

I've dropped it, too. The repetition of some lines and conversations drove me up a wall. I was channel surfing and briefly saw Salli on there. She looked great as always and a line she delivered was funny. Coincidentally Jeff Daniels' character then repeated something he said because he was drunk and Emily Mortimer said, "You already said that." I was thinking, "Thank you! That's what I've been saying."
Cheese fries...next time.
