In the lawyer room she asked him what is that on your head. I keep looking at the rest of scene and can't see anything on his head.

I assume it was blood. But I didn't see anything in the scene either lol.

If you've ever been clubbed, you'd have a welt the size of Texas and probably some ooze and blood too... and it would be noticeable.... the dude hit him pretty good with the bat which is why he was dazed in the tub for a bit until he came to....
