A bit like 'Christmas Lights' (from 2004)
The ITV movie "Christmas Lights" with Mark Benton & Robson Green is a bit like this, although in the British film, they both put up lights, and they work for the same company, as well as living next door to each other, AND are brothers-in-law!! Also, one of them suffers a cancer scare near the end. However, I WAS struck by how many similarities there were.
