shareI had pretty low expectations of the film. It was actually very fun to watch. It was kind of refreshing. Aside from the over-abundance of inappropriate cleavage, it's actually has a wide appeal across many ages. Sure it's a little rough around the edges, but it was nice to see Danny D. doing something to make up for his recent public silliness. This is probably his best performance in years.

I just saw it tonight, and it was not as bad as people make it out to be. Seriously, it was cheesy...but what were you expecting? It is just good wholesome holiday fun. Not the best by a LONG LONG shot, but definately worth a watch. 6/10 for me.

It was all right. It was no "Christmas Vacation" and it wasn't a stinker. The funniest part had to be when Devito and Brodereck were in the church splashing holy water on their eyes after they found out they were hootin and hollering at their own daughters when they were dancing in skimpy outfits.
shareWell, you are certaoinly entitled to your opinin, but I thought this movie was silly and, despite the presence of Matthew Broderick, I had a harad time keeping my eyes open the first time I watched it. Did Broderick, DeVito, Davis, or Chenowith actually read the script before agreeing to be in this movie?
shareFailed on the twovels that I usually like PG comedies. The slapstick/visual events weren't funny enough (was the skating supposed to be funny????)and the banter wasn't witty.
shareNot the greatest, but certainly no where near the worst movie ever. Some mindless, silly moments, but a few funny ones too. Good to watch at this time a year as a break from some of the more traditional Christmas movies.
shareIt's not my favorite at all but it was cute and I found a few parts much funnier than I expected based on the reviews. The ending and the actual plot leave a lot to be desired if you are looking for that. If you watch it with the idea that it's a brainless cheesy holiday movie it's really not bad at all and I enjoyed it.
