I enjoyed most of the film even if there was not much suspense

I enjoyed the costumes and the interior decoration of the houses, they were indeed magnificent

The green screen takes from the chariot and the travels were sloppy and could had easily been better.

I'd agree it is slightly underrated in 5.9

Not every film needs to have suspense. That's only one possible tool a filmmaker can use.
