He wasn't awful but i bet some would prefer another...

I thought he did a pretty good job, took me a bit to realize it was Dane Cook. I could not picture Jake Gyllenhaal, Casey Affleck (would probably put a Boston accent on it) or Jonah Hill doing a better job, too recognizable in my opinion.

Ryan Reynolds would've been good but I enjoyed the cast as it was
