When she gets around to kissing Naveen, she's no longer a "princess," so shouldn't she have transformed just like Tiana did?

If you paid to see Transformers 3 in the theater, shame on you.

Either because it was after Midnight or because she was; like Mama Odie said: a true princess by the spell's standards unlike Tiana.
