So I'm not a parent, nor am I hyper-religous
But how is Tangled PG and TPatF G? Im not at all offended by voodoo but, it IS in there, and there are some genuinely CREEPY scenes in TPatF.......Wouldn't that be more problematic than whatever they found in Tangled? Especially in today's world?
I think the reason why Tangled has a PG rating because there's a scene where Flynn Rider gets stabbed by Mother Gothel so it might be little bit disturbing for the little ones. I didn't like the creepy voodoo scenes, but it seems like the only group that were completely offended by it were Christians.
shareI'm a Christian, and I didn't mind the voodoo scenes. The good thing is, that Disney was wise enough not to make those scenes "explicably" satanic (otherwise there would be a lot of raging parents in the theater! XD).

I don't think that the issue is really "being offended", but I can see that the voodoo scenes can be considered frightening enough for small children to warrant a PG.

I am not a parent nor do I take care of little kids on a regular basis, but I feel that this movie had more potentially frightening scenes than Tangled and especially Frozen.
