I love this movie, one thing that I think could've made it better

I think some sort of interaction between Dr. Facilier and Tiana prior to his first lines in the 'Friend's On The Other Side' segment would've benefitted the movie. Tiana doesn't actually interact with him until much later in the movie, but she already knows who he is. A perfect opportunity I saw was in the scene where he is hiding behind the menu in the restaurant listening in on Lotte and Big Daddy's conversation. I think some small talk between the two would've been interesting. We already knew that he was going to be the villain by his actions, but I think Tiana having something to say to him like he was a regular in the diner like everyone else would've been cool.

Why was their bacon in the soap?!?!
