since it came out.
It feels so long ago, but it also doesn't. Know what I mean?
PatF has a special place in my heart because it's what got me interested in Disney movies again (well the current generation I mean). Ever since then I've seen every WDAS movie in the theater. I'm very excited for Big Hero 6. I won't call myself a huge Disney fan, I just consider myself a huge animation fan in general. The only movies I see now in theaters are animated when I think about it.
Though I really hope The Academy will stop with their blatant Disney/Pixar bias. It's getting old, even if the movies are good.

No, it doesn't seem long ago overall... I felt the same way last year, when it'd been FOUR years. Especially cuz: They actually played this movie on daytime TV, about a year ago!!!!! WTF? I'm old, lol.

I still remember it like it was yesterday, when PATF came out in theaters...

In the bigger scheme of things, it's the MID-2010s now... can you believe it? It's still hard to differentiate between this decade and last decade.

But I'm sure it felt the same way when it was 2004, and we compared it to the previous decade, the 1990s lol...

Oddly, I didn't see this when it came out. Shame on me as it's become one of my favorites among Disney films. 2009 was possibly the best year for animated films ever, I feel I could make a top 10 out of that year and not have to sacrifice quality.

I agree about the academy, but I try not to let myself worry about that brick headed group or their lame views on animation.

If everything is not all rainbows and kittens for you today, hopefully it will be tomorrow!

It's my favorite Disney princess/film!

I saw the avatar of Magic Kingdom. I almost wasn't gonna see Animations, anymore, nor many other movies. When I saw her Avatar, tho, I became interested.

I own the movie now, just not a DVD player.. About right after I got Frozen and watched it once, I lost it. I saw it in theaters a few times.

You know, I really liked the Box Trolls, got the novel and movie book, and have the book too for that Spanish one-The Book of Life, El Libro de Vida? On El Dio de Los Muertes?

I actually found something else I liked this one week, one about an English farming lady.

I'm looking forward to Minions, as well as the one about the gymnast that comes out the same day.

I hope you know about Finding Dory (2016 now?,) Dumbo by Tim Burton, and Frozen 2 which has already started filming. Oh, and Pirates of the Caribbean 5.. Dead Men Tell No Tales. I wish they did a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory remake again, but kids today and adults are so uncompromising. They even have wrong reasons for it, like that it wasn't fair to them in life things ,,and they became bad and now bad getting back at people who made it cuz they were nicer and pretending to be nice but getting mean at you about other things like it has to be your fault.

Well, it was great to year from ya! Seeya round then.. friend. 🐸
