Not a huge fan of this, but...

I saw this all the way through just recently. Overall it was ok but something felt missing, or it just felt a little dated: like it belonged back in the Disney renaissance period of the early 90s.

However...

I'm glad that there were still a few moments that were able to make me smile or shed a tear or two, as Disney films always know how:

- The song at the end at Tiana's new restaurant, really catchy!
- The end credits animation and the song by Ne-yo, very nice.
- But the best was Ray's funeral scene when everyone looks up and sees his star appear in the sky right next to Evangeline. That was beautifully done!
