An average IQ psychopath you need to be double as smart to know and stop. You only need to be a genius to know and stop a very narcissistic person or sociopath.

shareMy experience with people. Psychopaths lie, at a higher rate than sociopaths do. As a result of continuous lying their stories become more complicated, demanding a spider's web processing brain to see through the nonsense, and knowing for sure if someone was a psychopath or a sociopath. A psychopath would lie throughout his life, but a sociopath would lie persistently after growing up.
