We have overpopulated prisons. They are full of low-lifes and killers. I say give them the chance to volunteer to serve in Iraq. If they try to run away once they get there, they are more than likely gonna die anyway, so no loss. This not only frees up space in the prisons, but it also adds more manpower that is needed to the war. That way, no draft would be necessary.
