So much hate. I feel this movie's unfairly judged because it's a Wong film. It's caliber is below the Wong classics, but My Blueberry Nights is still a hypnotically beautifully shot piece. The meticulous framing and gorgeous composition are enough for me to overlook the weaknesses. Not everyone can execute the colorful luminescence of the visuals. The movie is moving gorgeousness.

I have to agree. I'm a huge Kar-Wai fan, and I thought this one was not quite on par with his best, but still great.

I really loved watching a film by him where I didn't have to read subtitles!!
