To all morons saying this movie is a kid's movie and can't be criticized

Don't you find it ironic that you're getting pissed off at people for hating a movie clearly aimed at kids yet you watch it yourself? You are all basically saying that "I am not a kid, and I enjoy it. You are not a kid, and don't enjoy it. Therefore, you can't make fun of it."

I say that if people who aren't kids shouldn't say it sucks, then people who aren't kids shouldn't say it's good either.

Stupid hypocrites.

maybe they just mean your judging it by to high standards, next to something like lord of the rings, of course it would look like utter crap

This movie is the reason why words like "egregious" exist....It was SO AWFUL, I couldn't beleive it!

Normally I don't like people who bother posting on the board of a movie they hated but THIS movie was so horrible that it just blew my mind.

I understand the average IMDb user has a superiority complex & likes to pretend they're some L.A. Times critic.

When I first saw that this got a 2.3 I thought
"Surely people are exaggerating, it can't be that bad"....

No Doogal DESERVES that 2.3! Possibly lower.

I don't understand how ANYBODY of ANY age can sense some redeeming quality in this peice of crap.....But to each his own.

Here's where your arguement is flawed. 3 and 4 year olds, if they can read, it's barely at all, so therefore they aren't going to give their opinion to this board.

This movie was aimed at kids that may not even be in preschool yet...kids in the target range loved this movie when it came out.

Of course some adult/teen that is probably never going to get a date in his life isn't going to like the movie, but it's not for you to decide, it's not your movie.

I could see detractors having any merit to their arguements if they were talking about Gigli or something, not a cartoon for very little kids.

My children watched the movie. They seemed to enjoy it. I have no opinion.
