I get the impression they were all killed either by the predalien on their ship (some of them may have been in some kind of predator cryo-sleep, I think I saw some tubes that looked like cryo-sleep tubes in their ship).
Either that or they were killed in the crash maybe? It was a pretty big ship, it's huge at the end of AvP1. Maybe some of the predators were on the other side of the ship and didn't know what was going on?

This was a massive miss, and the Requiem people want you to forget the details of AVP ending. I just watched them both back-to-back.
At the end of the AVP movie, the Predators lined up in MASS. They literally had an army of Predators show up to clean up the mess. There was a whole battalion of the guys--around 40 or more. They even had 4 carry the dead Predator into the ship.
Requiem makes it act like the ship only had 3 Predators, much like the ship in AVP. So without showing you, it was either a spin-off ship of the master ship, or they just want you to forget. There is no way some Alien killed everything in their sleep. No. It killed 2, then the 3rd during the crash landing, then it escaped.
The worst part is how dumb it makes the Predators come off. Here's an advanced species that knows everything there is to know about Aliens, and have for thousands of years. They used to enslave Aline Queens in high-tech cyro contraptions built around moving temples to usher in breeding cattle. Yet, thousands of years later, they just take a Predator impregnated into their ship ... that's it. No scanning, no nothing.
And what was with the inconsistent ingestion in AVP? Humans had little baby aliens pop out in seconds after face-hugged, then the aliens grew up in minutes. Yet big boy Predator gets impregnated and he has no issues for hours. Yet, Alien still grows up in minutes once birthed. "Different biologies..." haha, right, right. "Poor Writing" is a better name for it, as is "Inconsistency".
Better not to overthink anything about these two movies. Not worth it. Just enjoy what little you can and move on.
If I recall, there was a SMALLER starship that departed from the predator mother-ship! Go back and look closely at that scene, when the mother-ship is passing through a ringed planet (saturn?) and the a shuttle type starship is dropped out from the mothership and transports the OPPOSITE DIRECTION! At that point, the predalien chestburster scene occurs and then crash lands on planet earth.....
