Axelle - an amazing polyglot character, ain't she!
She is supposed to be a Russian but then she speaks in Bulgarian to the Slovak gypsy children. XD Ain't that super hilarious! And at the end she is shouting to them in English! Suddenly the Gypsy children gang understand English. Very logic! Very perfect!
Uhhh, so what's your point? She may very well speak several languages. The kids speak English, or at least broken English. It's even evident in the first move.

As for Axelle, I think it's perfectly in character for her to know several languages. She seemed very intelligent, and it makes sense to know multiple languages to lure different people in.
