Which tattoo? The one on Todd, Stuart and Beth showed they were members of the Elite Hunt Club, which was really a torture castle.

I think it was meant to be a kind of badge of honor & a reminder of the lifetime bond that will always exist among those creeps. And a reminder to keep their mouths shut, maybe.
