Whitneys head is wrapped in gauze, and they take her picture. Which they show to all the other rooms, the last being Stuart. He asked to borrow the camera, showed it to Beth, and told her he was going to finish her off.
Then you see the guys at the front desk and, on the monitor behind them, you can see Stuart pick up a machete-type blade. Right as he swings it at her throat the guard steps in front of, and blocks, the monitor.
Stuart goes back to Beth, covered in Whitneys blood, and puts her necklace on her. "A souvenir from your friend."
