shareCastration seems to be the "go to" murder method for these kinds of gory movies. I Spit on Your Grave, Cannibal Holocaust, Cannibal Ferox, The Last House on the Left, etc. They all feature it. This movie fits right in with them all.
Also, I'd say there's nothing sexy about that scene whatsoever so I have a hard time even considering it an equivalent to the female nudity in the first one.
