If I were Beth, I would get the hell out of Slovakia and figure out a way to hire some ex special forces guys (maybe Russians) and pay them to raid the abandoned factory and kill anyone there that is not being tortured. She knows where it is located and the name and face of the man who runs it.

Could even take it a step further and have the mercenaries find the client list so she could then hire assassins to kill everyone who has ever participated in the torture killings.
