I do feel like Shannon was trying to get her drunk and start something but still as an adult Kelly could have just let the drinks sit there and not drink them and just not given them the satisfaction of playing into her hand. I dont feel badly for Kelly because she does horrible things and then thinks she can just say sorry and everyone else is supposed to then be fine but there are some things that are just unforgivable and also Kelly keeps doing it over and over again so how sorry can she be.
