Yes, Kelly apologizes but you can't just do or say whatever you want and apologize later. My mom always said "it's not enough to apologize, you have to show it, and part of showing it is changing your behaviour in the future."
You can be *real* without being harmful and hurtful. She made that awful comment about Tamra's daughter over what...the nose flicking thing?? that escalated to THAT point? It was not appropriate and really mean.
I have a rare condition that is visible and there have been people who have sunk to the point of making mean comments about it when they've been upset. To me it's simply unforgivable. It's below the belt and not okay. You need to maintain SOME control over yourself.
At the same time, I don't think anyone on the show is perfect. Far from it. I think Tamra is trying REALLY hard to be a better person and I've seen marginal improvement in her TV personality since she became all Christian or whatever, but none of them seem to be very good people. I do agree they are all hypocrites and I thought the way they tried to get Kelly drunk in last night's ep was appalling. They all behave like spoiled children most of the time.
The big moments are gonna come. You can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts.

It wasn't really over the nose flipping that Kelly became so upset about. It was about Tamra opening up her big mouth and telling Heather that she said something that wasn't even what she said! And it was about being ganged up on, which she was. That's what she was mad about. I can totally understand her saying something like "no wonder her daughter doesn't talk to her". But she didn't say it to Tamra! She said it to Shannon. Shannon is the one that...being such an oh-so-loyal-and-sensitive-friend....repeated those words to Tamra. And she didn't do it to be a good friend OR out of any concern for her feelings. She did it to throw Kelly under the bus again. I can understand Kelly saying it in the heat of the moment and being angry, hurt and frustrated at what had just gone down in that bar. But I don't believe she would have said it directly to her. She was just blowing off steam. I get it. Who hasn't done that? But there's always some "well-meaning friend" who has to run to the other and repeat it like they're on a mission of mercy when really they're on a mission of bad intentions. SHANNON is the one who really turned this into what it resulted in. If she hadn't of said anything, maybe it would have blown over in a relatively short time.

You summed that up perfectly. I also can't get over the way that Shannon kept insisting on ordering Kelly tequila (and then secretly making it a double) knowing that it would set Kelly up for trouble. I'm not a Kelly fan, but I feel Shannon was doing everything she could to sabotage her. For me it was hard to watch.

I just can't stand the double standard. Imagine for one second that it was kelly who hit someone in a store and screamed she was going to effing kill them. Imagine if Kelly was the one who was trying to force someone to get drunk so they could make fun of them. Those witches would be calling their lawyers to get her off the show. None of them have much class but I can't stand the double standard.
