"She is the puppet, and everyone else is the master" Stupid Kelley !

Does she listens to what she is saying when she talks?

reply

she's a vile idiot. she gets so wrapped up in her emotions she can barely control what comes out of her mouth.

It's the constant infusion of alcohol! None can think that clearly when taping these days! 

Did you notice her husband laughed a little when she made the puppet master comment. The whole fight was ridiculously stupid and all orchestrated by Vicki. She is the devil!!!

reply

heather is several things, but the puppet master? when is Kelly gonna take responsibility for her actions like an adult? heather didn't get those women to turn on her with her rude and unnecessary backseat comments. vicki started this mess by running her mouth to kelly of all people. spilling tea about your 'close friends' to someone you just met is a problem. especially when that someone you just met can't keep her mouth shut when provoked.

A few scenes later she did say it correctly. As much as I find it funny and want to say she's dumb,I can't say I haven't said dumb things before, or mixed up a saying by accident, luckily for me, camera's weren't there to capture the moment.

Hasn't anyone else here on these boards been so angry that something pops out of your mouth backwards? There's even a cute song I remember

"No 'bout a doubt it, I mean no doubt about it, I'm in love with you"
This song was featured in an Abbott and Costello movie and sung by Marion Hutton

People get nervous. We all have Freudian slips, and can juxtapose words when we are angry or anxious and at that point I think Kelly had a mini case of PTSD from her trip. The good thing is that she did get it right the next two times that she used the "puppet master" analogy.

reply

Agreed

reply

I totally agree with you, I've done it before and I'm sure I'll do it again. She said it the correct way later, which makes me think it was a slip up

reply

even though she messed it up, I comepletly understand what she was trying to say.

I totally agree with you.

It's just unfortunate we can't all be as perfect as those who call Kelly dumb or stupid for this error. Must be nice being perfect.

Mindthinkr, I once dated guy who was describing himself as a football hero. During one story he said "we were in the 7th inning when..." My family was too polite to call him on it, apart from my little sister who piped up with "what did the shortstop do?" She knew exactly what she was saying.

It can happen with text messages too. A couple who are friends of ours were coming to town. I wanted to give them a gift of peanut butter chews from our local candymaker. I wrote "so you don't like peanuts?" Autocorrect tripped me up and I hit "send" before I realized it said "so you don't like peni$ ?" What made it doubly embarrassing is this couple are lesbians. They took it as funny, lucky me.

So they knew it was a mistake and didn't call you stupid or dumb, right? They had a sense of humor?

American, no they didn't call me stupid or dumb. They thought it was hilarious, especially because they know how conservative I am. Not so much politically, but socially. They are still teasing me about that one.

That is so funny and gratefully they had a sense of humor. Oh I've seen some of the messes that 'autocorrect ' can make or do. Buzzfeed did a good column on some typical mistakes that autocorrect has made, which made for some zany reads. At least it gave y'all something to laugh about once they got there. That was thoughtful of you to get them the x-rated candy! They'll never forget that one.

Did he realize his mistake when she popped the zinger? Red faced...caught in the lie? Cute story.

reply

Yes. He hesitated then burst out laughing. That same weekend he told another story about getting angry about something. He said, "I came outta there like a ringin' burn of fire."

My family, consisting of a bunch of clowns who think they are singers, sang that like Johnny Cash for the rest of the weekend. "I fell into a ringin' burn of fire."
