shareCould not agree more. No doubt, Tamra looked amazing. She clearly put a lot of work into her physique, and the older you get, the harder it is to trim fat and build lean muscle. Considering she has had 4 kids, I thought she looked great.
But the other women were way ahead of her, IMO.
Completely agree. She looked amazing. She truly, truly did, but she didn't win that. The woman that was in the top two with her was taller, had more leg, shoulder and pectoral definition. The only thing Tamra had over her was abs and blonde hair.

The runner up shook her head in one of the scenes, as she was walking away from one of the other contestants. Almost like "no way she should had won. I should be the winner..."
Also, I graduated with someone (who is a friend..not close friend but friend) and she works out and does these competitions. And you have to stand there and flex and show your definitions. It really looked like Tamra was doing a run way show and stopping to pose for the camera. Like she does on the red carpet events she goes to. And walking off the stage waving your hands and being silly...just didnt seem professional.
And the bump on chest/kiss hand/point up to God thing was -- idk the right wording for that.
Not that you cant "thank God" for giving you the strength and pushing you and testing you to get your mind set for this competition. It just didnt seem appropriate. Idk?
WHat you're supposed to do at these shows really depends on the division. In women's physique they flex but in the bikini division they really do wave their hands around and generally look stupid. The surfboard thing was weird though. Might have been different given it was an older division and the women weren't trying to qualify for anything.

I caught that with the runner up. She whispered something to the woman next to her after Tamra won and then shook her head.
Tamra looked amazing but I was shocked she won. Some of the women seemed to have more muscle and definition.
The runner wasn't in better shape than Tamara. Tamara's abs were a lot more defined and her butt was more muscled. Plus Tamara being a lot older than her on top of it. The runner up had a great body but she really didn't have a great athletic body. Tamara had the better body for the competition.
