Anyone catch the preview clip in which Vicki basically tells the others if they don't like her and don't want to be around her they should get off her show?!
If Andy doesn't fire Vicki at this point, I think we can believe the rumors about Vicki having a clause in her contract in which she cannot be fired.
I thought it was great of her to say it. Vicki truly is the OG of the OC and actually of all the HW shows.

"OG of the OC" just means she's been there the longest. Its just a sound bite. She obviously does not have the double whammy of notoriety and popularity like Nene, LVP, or the Richards, etc. Hell, even Brandi and Teresa got gigs on Celebrity Apprentice.
She is not marketable and thus dispensable to Bravo.

Who said anything about a spinoff? Yes "OG of the OC" means she's been there the longest. She was the first HW of OC, not sure where you are trying to go with this but the fact remains shes an original HW of OC.
shareExactly where I went with it, which is no big deal that she is the 'OG of the OC'....it means nothing. Other wives have been way more successful in their Bravo+ opportunities, and in less time. That title has done nothing for her and is nothing to be admired.

I'm still not sure where you are going with this, my point had nothing to do with if Vicki was the most successful HW or famous one, its simply saying she is correct she is the OG of the OC. Whether you think its nothing big or whether I thinks nothing big, her comments were correct.

She claims she birthed the show herself on a special from a few years ago. She really thinks if it weren't for her there would be no show. She did not come up with the idea and if they didn't pick her they would have just picked someone else.share
Plus it wasn't even Vicki's idea to apply for the show- her son Michael encouraged her or sent in a casting video.

Check out the promo posters for each season. Vicki didn't even get the center spot until Season 4, and even then she was ousted the next season by Heather.
She is where she is by default, and her position as OG has been wobbly each season.

Even if it were true, it's the arrogance of her saying it. Someone needs to knock her off of her high horse. Andy may like her, but he's been known to bring a housewife down a peg or two.
shareI agree, the arrogance is mind blowing! All the housewives shows are ensembles and no one person is the star- otherwise they would get a spinoff show like Kim Zolciak or Bethany.
OG stands for Old Gangster- and Vicki certainly fits that description. IF it were HER show she would have fired the others long ago, and it is clear that she has little or no influence in that department.
If Jill Zarin is any indication of how Andy Cohen feels about cast members with out of control egos, then Vicki better watch out .
OG means original gangster. One only has to look back at how many enemies Vicky has sent packing to know how gansta this first housewife really is. Vicky is and always will be the OG of the OC.
shareThere were five OG's,not one. Vicki is the only one left of the original five, but she is by no means the ONE from the first show. I know you know this.
Had I been on the original show I would have left too. Vicki's behavior alone would have run me off. How many times has she been caught lying and gossiping to and about the other ladies? I realize they are not squeaky clean, but Vicki has been and is a bully, even to her own children.
