Tamra wanted Vicki at the party so she and the other hags could publicly rip into her. Shannon invited Vicki because deep down she loves being a mean girl and hangin with the "cool kids." I bet she was a complete dork in HS! lol There was no way Shannon and her creepy hubby were taking back Vicki's invite to that party. Heather wanted Vicki there so she could watch then stick her beak into the fray. They could have handled this another day, privately rather than during that party.
