They (Shannon) would have to use the actual words that phrase replaced: "I'm never, ever speaking to you again!" forcing her to realize how juvenile and pointless she always sounds.

It's most ridiculous because she actually goes out of her way to talk or chastise someone she said "I'll never speak to you again" or "we will never be friends!" OK, then move on old lady! Vicki couldn't care less I'm sure!

The others, Heather and Tamra, were so phony with their forgiveness towards Vicki. It was surely best for the show and their paychecks.
