I'm halfway into Season 1 and loving the show. I'd like to continue watching it with the rest of the family, but I gotta know if anything inappropriate happens? Like a sex scene or something violent, even if it's played for "laughs".
Of course sexual jokes are fine, there are plenty of those in the first half of the season.

Not really, but a few seasons in Jenna starts dating and eventually marries a transgendered celebrity impersonator of herself. Their antics could certainly be considered odd or at least non-mainstream, but it never gets lurid or perverse. Worth mentioning though.

There were weird one-off bits, like Liz' one-night stand with James Franco and his sex pillow. Those were always played for subtlety though.
sharePete split from his wife & is staying with Liz. There is a scene of Pete in Liz's bed with a fat, sort of bare-breasted woman on top of him. The episode starts with Liz finding a lipstick & a pop-tart on her living rm floor and wondering if Pete is having an affair.
I have no problem with sex scenes but neither Pete nor that woman should be viewed unclothed.
There's a joke in either season 4 or 5 that deals with Pete having sex with his wife while she's asleep. It's pretty shocking. Each time I see it I'm taken aback by it.
The Legend of Korra Book 4 is the biggest dip in quality of any show ever.
Agree. This is probably the worst thing you see in the entire show. Really caught me by surprise.
Season 2 episode Greenzo, there is an epic party at Kenneth's that they show in half-remembered flashbacks. It's a short scene, but full of depravity.
