Definitely Tina is wearing tiny bit of makeup in the show, but it's refreshing to see a truly plain Jane protagonist.
Then there's the underlying message that women could be bosses, exceptionally talented and remarkable human beings without having to look 'gorgeous'.
A good message but that being said Tina Fey could wear a garbage bag and not brush her hair for a week and still be gorgeous. Her beauty is real too. Not the Hollywood human Barbie beauty.
