They borrowed the "C.A.S.H." joke from The Beverly Hillbillies

Hi -

I have just discovered "30 Rock" about 10 years after it started, and think it is great. And I loved Nathan Lane in this episode. Anyway, I will try not to "spoil" anything, but the "C.A.S.H." bit was also used in a Beverly Hillbillies episode years ago. I think it was the fall 1969 episode "Jed Buys Central Park" with Phil Silvers guest starring as a con man. I don't want to go into any detail any case anyone has not yet seen this "30 Rock" episode, but it was essentially the same joke.

I didnt know that! Cool! I'm probably the BIGGEST 30 Rock fan on the planet..while it aired and now as well. I STILL,watch them on Netflix on,a regular basis. I REALLY LIVE S1/E6 Jack meets Dennis!
BTW - I used to live in,Redondo Beach. I would pass through El Segundo on my way to work at LAX. Brings back memories!
