He is so funny, what really attracted me to the show, he is a good actor and that is kinda what makes it funny as there is an episode where he does this tv commercial and he cant remember the lines and doesnt know what to do etc, its funny as Baldwin is a good actor and he does the role so well. His dramatic delivery is funny.

shareTina Fey is 30 Rock for me, I understand if Alec is your main reason for watching but Tina was the number one most integral person of the show. She created the show and all the characters, the entire tone of the show comes from her, she may not have written all of the episodes herself but she was involved in developing every plot that appeared through the seven year run. She was also a producer on the show, not to mention that she played the main protagonist. Tina was involved in every facet of the production of the show. I understand that people have their own personal preferences when it comes to actors but honestly, I can't wrap my head around when people say 'I love 30 Rock but I don't like Tina Fey', as I said, Alec Baldwin might be fantastic on the show but she IS the show.

I agree. 30 Rock is Tina Fey's baby. We all agree that Alec Baldwin is excellent, and that there are so many wonderful, hilarious facets and moments to the show. I just adore Tina and her freewheeling humor. Plus, she's a girl crush of mine from the first time I saw her on SNL. Gorgeous, brilliant, dignified. Tina.
