I love the original CHiPS because of it's 70's aura, this show will be over-dramatized junk like CSI and an overload of technology.
Not my cup of tea.
I may be an old timer (in my 40's) and only like classic shows, but I'm proud of it! Today's television has no soul.
Give me macho cops cruising around all day and getting lucky all night over wimpy drama queen suits anytime.

I don't know for sure, but I think Dax Shepard may do it some justice. It's classified as comedy and drama right now. I love the original. It was a good mix of both. I'm optimistic about this, maybe it will be something fun, kind of like Psych, you know? :) I'm a little disappointed in the casting for Ponch though. I think they could have done better. Then again, what do I know. LOL
shareI LIKE the decision to go with Pena. He stole every scene in Ant Man, so he is due a big role to see what he can do with the momentum.
I just wonder if Caitlyn will make a cameo somehow.
I correct myself, didn't know it was going to be a movie. Yikes. Optimism can turn to apprehension rather quickly. :/
