'that was a little too elaborate' *spoilers*

probably an understatement, but those were the 1st words to come to mind when it cut to the end credits.

the plot was simple. not necessarily bad or good. short movie that killed some time.

i liked the overall style of how it was shot. however, it was a bit unfitting for this kind of movie.

i thought it was either a terrible script for the abby character at the beginning; that, or bad acting on maria's part -- unlikely. it was sort of unbelievable how she just goes on with everything tom wants them to do. this sort of redeemed itself since it was part of the twist.

i personally like movies with twists. i didn't know there was one going into this, so it made it a little bit better. kind of a creepy dialog at the end; not sure what would've happened right after. seems like neil just "took it" without complaint.
