rented the dvd from blockbuster and the cover and credits say 'shattered'

FYC- Best Actor, Best Supp. Actor, Best Director & Best Picture-RESCUE DAWN

For some obscure reason, the distributors renamed it "Shattered" for release in the US. Everywhere else it will still be "Butterfly on a Wheel". Go figure.

That is so ridiculous. The distributors took an original name (Butterfly on a Wheel) and gave it a completely generic name (Shattered) that no one can remember that's been used a ton of times. Dumb.

Well Butterfly on a Wheel doesn't exactly scream thriller.

ha - yeah, I guess BOAW does kinda sound like a children's movie. Combined with the "thriller" cover art, it would be obvious. Anything not so generic would've been better imo.

Pay attention: This movie premiered on TNT network, that is a cable channel for those of you still bragging about being the first in line at Blockbuster to get this TV MOVIE, which if you paid any attention at all was on TV back in September. Who cares what a TV movie is called.
