Anyone got any idea what this was supposed to be?? I thought at one point it was a garbled Welsh sounding Irish!

At some points it sounded Scottish then at other times it sounded Irish.

Mostly Irish but it seemed to come and go.

As a Brit, this was definitely supposed to be Irish accent. Unfortunately, it went a bit to his native Welsh at times.

It went from American to non-specific British Isles to top o' the mornin' lucky charms leprechaun Irish -- annoying bush league *beep* -- he seemed to be sleepwalking through the role.
