Does any one know the location of Ryan Gosling's house in the film??
The view from the top of the hill is amazing.
I was curious about this, too. I watched the Blu-ray today and at about 1:34:20 into the movie, you can clearly see "Minnesota St" and "3000" under it on the street sign at the corner. Using Google Street View, I found the house at the corner of Minnesota and Prewett in Los Angeles.
shareso I guess not all LA hills are some fancy and expensive neighbourhoods? cos if you compare the house in the movie Spread, which is worth like $5M, and goslings house in this - they have similar beautiful view of LA (I'm not saying the same, but similar) - I'd definitely wanna live in goslings house if I was in LA, just if there are no gangbangers all around me.. which part of LA is that, is it some rough far-away neigbourhood? how much would a house like gosling's cost?

Montecito Heights is a high crime area. Houses are quite cheap there.
