Every studio takes the poster for their most successful movie and removes any verbiage (titles, credits, ratings, etc); they also remove any likeness of cast members and anything that references individual contributors to the project. The object is to boil the art down to it's most basic element, in this case the eye. The theory is the movie is so well known that anyone seeing the one remaining element would instantly recognize what the movie was. It becomes something like a logo for that movie.
The dollar figure at the bottom is the worldwide box office gross.
These altered posters are hung up around the studio offices - part motivation and part power trip. It reinforces for the people working in the studio that this is the factory that produced that product.
In this case the eye poster doesn't reference a real movie that we could have gone to see and read about on IMDB. It's just supposed to represent the biggest hit this particular fictional studio has had. (But clearly they are riffing on something like "Jurassic Park".)
