Boogie Nights or Sunset Boulevard are a couple La La Land parodies that come to mind

I wouldn't say Boogie Nights is a Hollywood satire, more like a Chatsworth satire.
Swimming with Sharks was a million times better than this stupid movie.

Definitely, "Swimming with Sharks" ('could you bring back the spec script I threw at your head, I'm going to need it')
Another good one is, "The Big Picture".
And seasons 2-4 of "Entourage".
