Very misleading cover, not funny or laugh out loud

So, there was this moving sitting in a bin for $5 blu-ray. I figure, what could I lose.

Man, what a vapid, pointless movie. And I figure the cover can't BE THAT FAR off. On the cover, they are talking about laugh out, loud. I figure, it could go both ways. It could suck and not be laugh out loud or I could get lucky and it could be funny.

Well, it wasn't funny and complete waste of time.

I wish they had the imdb reviews on the box but then if that happened no one would buy the movie.

i agree with u,i was also expecting it to be funny but it has just few funny scenes.THough i like the movie,its a drama movie...but yes its misleading.

Depends on your sense of humour I suppose. I laughed out loud a few times:
1. when the dog got shot
2. when bruce appears with the beard at the funeral
3. when the producer is looking at the sock and spying on the writer from his car.

If you thought this was a "vapid, pointless movie", then this film clearly wasn't geared toward viewers sitting in your row.

Awards: 0 wins, 0 nominations.

So who was this film made for?

Are you seriously suggesting a films worth is only measured in box office returns and award nominations?

Sad. Very sad.

It seems that most people in here didn't get anything from it because it's not what they 'expected'. Expectations have ruined many a potentially good viewing experience. Try to see as many films as possible with no expectations.

Difficult, but rewarding.
