Anyone know the name of the song or if it was some stock music, I have heard it before.

Not sure of the name, but it is a re-arrangement of the song playing during Ross and Rachel's first kiss on Friends, "The One Where Ross Finds Out" Season 2, Episode 7 (1995). I love the Studio 60 version.
