This nothing-less-than brilliant show (the entire series) is available on DVD at a steal. Remarkable writing & acting. Possibly the best show to ever get cancelled way before its time.

If you don't know that creator/writer/producer Aaron Sorkin is the best writer in the world (I don't want to understate it); then one can only assume you've never seen anything he's written.

West Wing is a better show, but of course, it was written by: Aaron Sorkin.

Also--Thomas Schlamme, director & producer; always puts out a Grade-A product.

And (I just can't stop) how in the hell can a show such as 30 Rock (A similar topic/different format) stay on the air for over 5 years & this show gets cancelled?? I can only conclude it's the "walmarting" of America. You get what you deserve.

I watch alotta TV...but that doesn't mean I don't have a job.

Ha...I sorta do that. I hold some of my favorite things for holiday-play time. "Home For The Holidays" comes to mind.

It's just West Wing in a TV studio. The character's political rants and smug babbling are not entertaining. That's why the show didn't make it. 30Rock (you brought it up) is amazingly funny. When politics arise, it is for the purpose of lampooning, not preaching.
