Does anyone know why the 3 principals of the show (Danny, Matt and Jordon) weren't in this episode?

P.S. Great to see "Danny" and "CJ" together again, but I miss Joe Bethersonton!

To cut costs they all agreed to cut back on their episodes and this was an easy way to do that.

If this is your first time through the series, here's a bit of spoilery hint, keep an ear out for Joe B, remember he is a radio guy!

Maybe related, and could be the same answer. I'm going through the series on Netflix, and for some reason Disaster Show is only 36 minutes long, as opposed to the usual 42-44 minutes. Anyone know why this happened?

Like they mention above, probably a cost-cutting maneuver, sell more ads. It was an expensive show to produce, the main reason for its cancellation.

The Disaster Show also, not coincidentally, happens to be my least favourite episode.
