A Fraction of a Man

Aaron Sorkin has what seems to be an interesting liking to the use of the word Fraction of a Man. They use it several times as an insult to several men. In the West Wing, season one, they refer to the a Senator who seeks to bring down Leo that way, and they use it to describe a Congressmen that Marlee Matlin wanted to represent. Anyone else notice his obsession with that insult as well.

Erm, very, very strange. I noticed that exact thing yesterday and considered starting a topic on it... Danny uses it at least once in describing the father of Jordan's baby in Studio 60 and I've just started watching the West Wing again and noticed the same incident in season one and thought the same thing, Sorkin likes that phrase
