Any word on Shutter caused seizures yet? (Mild Spoilers)

With the bright flashing in the dark room. It drove me insane, my eyes were burning and I ended up just closing them. Me and my friends thought for sure someone was going to get a seizure, any word on someone getting one yet?

ME TOO!!!

People in the theater were screaming because of the images that would pop and the whole time I was just confused and had a bit of a headache....

Living is easy with eyes closed; misunderstanding all you see...

Yeah I definitely think they went a bit over board with the flashing..maybe just too bright.. I don't know but it hurt my eyes as well.

reply

That had to be the best part. My friend and I were laughing throughout that scene, I think the flashes were getting to us. After awhile, we started screaming "AHH EPILEPSY!"

What about the Prom Night (2008) trailer? lol when I seen Untraceable (2008) it was pretty bad. All these old ladies were like "oh my God, it's so bright!". lol those old ladies were cute. :)

Sean Penn looks like he's been outside since he was two

The flashing was like 30 seconds apart. I think it has to be a little quicker, like a strobe light, in order to get a seizure.

I was kind of bored at that point and wasn't really watching it so I didn't notice the flashing all to much. I just kept thinking if the flash could last longer then maybe I could see what the hell was going on, but it doesn't take a rocket scientists to know that the chick was f-cking with him.

lol! my friends and I had a discussion about this during the movie. "I think I'm going into epileptic seizures!" That's funny that all these people thought the same thing.

That was the only interesting (read: slightly original) part of the film, to me. I wish they had done more with it, that part could've been really scary.
