They didn't show the rape but yeah is it presumed that Ben's friends raped her when you hear her screaming. I don't think Ben takes pictures of her actually be raped but he takes pictures of them in bed with her just before they decide to rape her. He claims that raping her wasn't part of the plan but he just sits there watching not stopping it, which is why she is crying out to him and why she says to him "You left me" when she is haunting him.
What baffles me is how he could live with that afterwards AND stay friends with those ****
