Let's talk about her "plan" after discovering the truth (spoilers)

This movie was kind of similar to Gothika and I can't shake the feeling that if the guy here was just half as evil as the guy on Gothika, she wouldn't have made it out alive from this after such a dumb move from her in the end.

So, what we all know what happened is that the guy just took the pictures of her and then only watched while she was raped. Very bad yeah but kind of harmless. But she doesn't know that from the evidence, a lot of situations could have ended on those photos. He could have done a lot more scary things outside of that. For example:

-He could have raped her later showing an even darker side of his personality

-She could be one of many he has done that because he gets off on doing it like the guy on gothika

-She saw the bottles that indicated that she killed herself but after seing those photos it is possible that they killed her and made it look like a suicide after something wrong happened or and overdose of the drug or she threaten to go to the cops about the rape, etc.. That would make him a murderer that kills to not go to jail or for just being "threaten" by someone (I know it didn't happen that way but she can't know for sure)

Think about this last part, because her "plan" is to wait him on a place ALONE and simply confront him about it showing him that she has seen evidence of him being participant on a rape and possibly murder that could put him in jail and ruin his career and then she was just going to tell him that she was leaving him.

WOW, this girl was VERY LUCKY that she was in this movie and not in Gothika lol
